3 drop in classes (come to as many as you can!), Megan will help you honour your New Year's intentions with embodied wisdom, activating and sustaining energy and a lot of care.
Expect 45 minutes of a sweaty, fun workout (including HIIT and pilates) to shake away your inner critic and limiting beliefs so that you can uncover and your true desires and then set your path clearly towards your own sacred destination. As the Spice Girls say, "Tell me what you want what you really, really want!"
Over the four weeks, this course will act as a container for your heart's aim, offering support, accountability, encouragement and fun. Get ready to go where you really want to go!
