This 4 Week Beginners' Course with Paola is a soulful entry into practicing Yoga.
Paola will help you
- become confident enough to join a general all levels yoga class
- become familiar with common yoga poses and learn their names
- work with your body to move safely and freely
- embrace yoga as a journey to be who you truly are
Paola has trained with many teachers including, Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu, Jivana Heyman and Bernie Clark. Her classes are gentle and holistic. She guides students to work at their soft edge, allowing the breath to naturally initiate each pose. Dedicated to helping you connect with your body, mind, and spirit, Paola also incorporates breathwork and chanting in her classes. Paola holds space for you, helping you discover and use your personal health toolbox that’s always available, even beyond the yoga mat.
