A day of immersion and learning the art of Reiki, an energetic and spiritual practice for self-healing and wellbeing. Once empowered to Reiki level one for beginners, you will be able to work with Reiki on yourself.
Reiki is first and foremost a spiritual practice. It opens the door to the spiritual self. How youwalk through the door and follow the path is up to you. Reiki offers you an opening that has always been and always will be with you.
You will learn the system of traditional Japanese Usui Reiki, as originally taught by the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui. Reiki level one is called ‘Shoden’ which means “first teachings”. Reiki has roots in East-Asian spirituality, philosophy and animism. It helps greatly with self development, inner work and relaxing the nervous system.
A beautiful aspect of Reiki is that it is something that you have for life, to use on yourself, in your sovereignty.
On this one day Reiki level one beginners course you will receive:
● Three ‘empowerment’ connections to Reiki via sacred ritual
● Energy practices
● Reiki meditations
● Reiki Precepts (the principle pillars of Reiki)
● Practical training to self-treat with Reiki
● Practical training to treat others with Reiki (family, friends, pets only)
● Background on the history and theory of Reiki
● Reiki Shoden first teachings ‘textbook’
● Audio recordings of meditations and energy practices
● Ongoing support from Bansree on your personal journey with Reiki
Fees and Booking
The course fee is £180.
If helpful, you may pay in instalments - £90 on booking and the remainder (£90) on Thursday 1st May.

BANSREE TAKODRA
Bansree is a level four Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher and Reiki Shamanic Drum Practitioner. She has seven years of Reiki experience. Her training is affiliated with Reiki
Evolution, a UK Reiki organisation dedicated to honoring the indigenous and foundational origins of Japanese Usui Reiki.
